Responsibilities
Support for daily IT operations (1st/2nd level)
User administration and permissions management in our cloud systems
Administration and maintenance of Microsoft 365 (especially SharePoint & Entra ID)
Atlassian Jira & Confluence administration
Miro cloud backup solutions
Creation of reports and analyses (e.g., user or license reporting)
Documentation of processes and preparation of basic user guides
Participation in small IT projects and administrative tasks
Requirements
Currently enrolled student in an IT or computer science program
Basic understanding of modern cloud services, particularly Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Entra ID) and Atlassian Jira and Confluence
General IT fundamentals (endpoint support, basic networking knowledge)
Careful, structured, and reliable working style
Willingness to learn and take on new topics
Initial experience with Power BI, PowerShell and Power Automate (nice-to-haves)
Interest in process automation and reporting (nice-to-haves)
