Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact at Lieferando for our well-known partners in the hospitality sector.
Acquire and identify new business opportunities with strategic key account partners across Germany.
Expand and further develop your own customer portfolio within the company.
Account Relationship Management: provide excellent, independent, and comprehensive service/support and act as the first point of contact for our strategic accounts on all matters.
Negotiate partnerships with key decision-makers of individual chains and support pilot projects.
Independently plan, prepare and conduct annual, acquisition, closing and pricing meetings as well as their follow-up and documentation.
Work closely with your Team Lead and our global team to achieve optimal results.
Requirements
A degree in business/economics, a commercial apprenticeship, or equivalent qualifications
2+ years of experience in sales and/or key account management
Fluent German and English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
High level of professionalism and strong competence in contract negotiations and managing strategic customers
Excellent communication skills and a pronounced sales talent with convincing negotiation abilities
Independent, structured and efficient working style and a confident appearance
Entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for continuously developing and pursuing new solutions
Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites (company car provided)
Confident use of Google Drive, MS Office, Salesforce and common communication tools such as Slack.
