Responsibilities
The objective of this role is the development of revenue opportunities to meet sales targets for assigned portfolio.

Research market and provide sales forecast using sales pipeline data to grow the portfolio.
Evaluate opportunities and risks of each opportunity and make recommendations.
Prepare and present to customers product and other service offerings.
Prepare high quality quotation and tender documents to meet customer requirements.
Guide and manage Business Development Executives reporting to them (if applicable) to achieve both activity plans and sales targets.
Assist with customer service on customer outstanding debt collection.
Management of new sales and accounts.
Focal point for customers within assigned portfolio..
Enter, track and follow-up on all leads and opportunities using CRM, record and analyse win/loss data and make recommendations.
Establish and maintain good relations with all major customers and potential customers and achieve positive Net Promoter Score (NPS).
Requirements

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
