Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist driving full-cycle recruitment at Swarmer. Leading the hiring process for both technical and business roles in a defense technology company.
Responsibilities
Own and execute the end-to-end recruitment process – from intake meetings and sourcing strategy to offer negotiation and onboarding handover.
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, assess team needs, and shape hiring priorities.
Source proactively through multiple channels (LinkedIn, communities, referrals, talent pools, and events).
Conduct structured interviews, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience and unbiased evaluation.
Maintain accurate and compliant records in our ATS (Ashby) and internal systems.
Monitor recruitment metrics and provide insights on pipeline health, time-to-fill, and market trends.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives and continuous improvement of our recruitment processes.
Act as a trusted advisor to managers and team members on talent market trends and hiring best practices.
Requirements
4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in tech or engineering environments.
Proven ability to hire across multiple domains (software engineering, product, operations, business).
Exceptional headhunting and sourcing skills.
Experience with ATS systems (preferably Ashby or similar) and modern sourcing tools.
Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
Advanced level of English is a must. Polish is a strong plus.
A proactive, data-driven mindset with a focus on results and candidate experience.
Experience scaling startups or international organizations, and knowledge of compensation benchmarking and market intelligence tools — would be strong pluses.
Employer branding skills — would be a strong plus.
Defense tech experience — would be a strong plus.
