Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment processes.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Experience or strong interest in operations, startups, AI, recruiting, or B2B SaaS
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Self starter mentality. You see problems and solve them.
- Berlin-based and able to work 4-5 days per week from our office
