About the role

  • Research Recruiter responsible for sourcing participants for research studies. Conducting screenings, scheduling sessions, and ensuring participant engagement in a hybrid work setting.

Responsibilities

  • Source and recruit participants for research studies (interviews, surveys, usability tests)
  • Screen candidates based on study criteria
  • Schedule sessions and manage calendars/logistics
  • Maintain and update participant database/panel
  • Coordinate communication with participants (invites, reminders, follow-ups)
  • Track recruitment progress and show-up rates
  • Support incentive distribution and documentation
  • Ensure a smooth and professional participant experience

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in operations, recruitment, research, or admin roles
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow processes
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple studies simultaneously
  • Basic experience with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and scheduling tools
  • Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
