Responsibilities
Administer the recruitment process, supporting Talent Acquisition team to attract, hire, and retain the best talent.
Develop best in class candidate and new hire pre and onboarding experience.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in recruitment process, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
