About the role
- Account Manager handling customer accounts for the Number 1 vehicle finance company. Responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls related to customer financial situations and agreements.
Responsibilities
- This busy role will be telephone based
- Taking inbound and making outbound calls throughout the day in relation to a portfolio of customer accounts you are responsible for
- Demonstrate the ability to understand a customers’ financial situation
- Understand the complexity of finance agreements
- Make sound decisions to ensure a good customer outcome
- Be a great communicator with our customers, explaining things such as payment plans that you have calculated with them
