Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a strong talent pool for current and future vacancies
Conduct telephone, video and in-person interviews
Manage and document the entire recruiting process in the ATS
Work closely with hiring managers to optimize sourcing strategies
Ensure an excellent candidate experience
Prepare reports and analyses
Utilize various recruiting channels and tools (job boards, social media, referral programs)
Represent Conduent as an employer brand ambassador
Requirements
Several years of experience in recruiting or talent sourcing (agency, in-house, or RPO)
Experience recruiting for the German or Turkish market
Excellent German and Turkish language skills; good English skills
Proficient in active sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn, kariyer.net)
Creative with a flair for innovative recruiting strategies
Experience working with multilingual candidates
Goal-oriented, structured and proactive work style
Good MS Office and general PC skills
Willingness to initially work from home and later from the Bursa office
