About the role

  • Recruiter II managing talent acquisition in a dynamic international environment with a strong focus on innovative recruiting strategies. Collaborating closely with hiring managers and enhancing candidate experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a strong talent pool for current and future vacancies
  • Conduct telephone, video and in-person interviews
  • Manage and document the entire recruiting process in the ATS
  • Work closely with hiring managers to optimize sourcing strategies
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience
  • Prepare reports and analyses
  • Utilize various recruiting channels and tools (job boards, social media, referral programs)
  • Represent Conduent as an employer brand ambassador

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in recruiting or talent sourcing (agency, in-house, or RPO)
  • Experience recruiting for the German or Turkish market
  • Excellent German and Turkish language skills; good English skills
  • Proficient in active sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn, kariyer.net)
  • Creative with a flair for innovative recruiting strategies
  • Experience working with multilingual candidates
  • Goal-oriented, structured and proactive work style
  • Good MS Office and general PC skills
  • Willingness to initially work from home and later from the Bursa office
