About the role

Requirements
- Several years of experience in recruiting or talent sourcing (agency, in-house, or RPO)
- Experience recruiting for the German or Turkish market
- Excellent German and Turkish language skills; good English skills
- Proficient in active sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn, kariyer.net)
- Creative with a flair for innovative recruiting strategies
- Experience working with multilingual candidates
- Goal-oriented, structured and proactive work style
- Good MS Office and general PC skills
- Willingness to initially work from home and later from the Bursa office
