Build relationships with cutting-edge tech companies
Drive business through events, community, and personal brand
Deliver retained and contingent searches with high fee values
Play a key role in scaling a fast-growing team (NY & LA)
Requirements
3+ years of 360 agency recruitment experience
Proven business development / new client wins
Track record as a top performer / biller
Interest in tech markets (Rust experience not required)
Confidence in building a personal brand and market presence
