Responsibilities
- Own and scale a niche tech market, building client relationships, delivering top-tier talent, and driving revenue through a modern, inbound-led recruitment model.
- Build relationships with cutting-edge tech companies
- Drive business through events, community, and personal brand
- Deliver retained and contingent searches with high fee values
- Play a key role in scaling a fast-growing team (NY & LA)
Requirements
- 3+ years of 360 agency recruitment experience
- Proven business development / new client wins
- Track record as a top performer / biller
- Interest in tech markets (Rust experience not required)
- Confidence in building a personal brand and market presence
