About the role

  • Senior 360 Recruitment Consultant focusing on niche tech markets. Own a tech desk in NYC with inbound business development and uncapped earnings.

Responsibilities

  • Own and scale a niche tech market, building client relationships, delivering top-tier talent, and driving revenue through a modern, inbound-led recruitment model.
  • Build relationships with cutting-edge tech companies
  • Drive business through events, community, and personal brand
  • Deliver retained and contingent searches with high fee values
  • Play a key role in scaling a fast-growing team (NY & LA)

Requirements

  • 3+ years of 360 agency recruitment experience
  • Proven business development / new client wins
  • Track record as a top performer / biller
  • Interest in tech markets (Rust experience not required)
  • Confidence in building a personal brand and market presence
