HR Operations Specialist for Surfshark managing employee records and benefits. Collaborating with innovative teams in Warsaw to enhance employee experience.
Responsibilities
Maintain employee records, HR databases, and internal documentation;
Take care of the employee documentation cycle and managing documentation archive;
Support employee onboarding and orientation;
Coordinate employee benefits administration and answer benefit-related queries;
Support Social Fund operations;
Serve as a point of contact in regards to employee documentation and questions;
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies;
Support the Site Lead in employee relations and resolving HR-related issues;
Support Administration Team in other tasks assigned by the Site Lead related to employee experience.
Requirements
3+ years of experience as an HR Operations Specialist or in a similar HR role;
Fluency in Polish and English;
Experience in managing full operational cycle of employee data in medium/big size organization;
Extended knowledge of Polish Employment Law;
Experience in benefits data management;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities;
A proactive, open-minded, detail-oriented, and approachable personality;
Ability to work with delocalized and multinational teams.
