Creators Campaign Manager executing influencer marketing campaigns for major brands in the youth digital space. Seeking experience in influencer activations and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
Proactively source and curate lists of influencers who align with various client brands and target audiences.
Craft and send compelling outreach emails and direct messages to potential influencers and talent agents, maintaining detailed outreach logs.
Engage with influencers and talent agents to secure partnerships that align with campaign goals.
Act as the campaign manager between the client, the influencers, and internal teams ensuring influencers are booked, contracted, paid and all content goes live in a timely manner.
Handling day to day client communications, leading kick off calls and weekly calls, presenting end of campaign results.
Report on activations weekly, build comprehensive end-of-campaign reports, and develop case studies to showcase performance and key learnings.
Requirements
3+ years experience running influencer activations for brands and agencies in the marketing space.
Agency experience preferred.
Graduate with a BA in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
Deep interest in influencer marketing, social media, and youth culture, with a strong understanding of digital trends.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages.
Knowledge of key social platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, and more with an eagerness to stay ahead of emerging trends.
Proactive mindset with a strong ability to troubleshoot and find solutions.
Fluency in multiple languages (e.g., Spanish, German, French) is a plus.
