Responsibilities
Responsibility for New Business: You optimize the entire sales funnel — from initial consultation through negotiation to successful closing with enterprise and mid-market customers.
Sustainable scaling: You develop a scalable sales playbook to grow our team from 50 to over 100 employees and achieve our shared growth targets.
Leadership & team development: You coach and support our leaders, foster collaboration across teams, and drive continuous performance improvement.
Representation & thought leadership: Together with our CEO, you represent Sunhat externally, for example as a speaker on industry panels, trade shows, and round tables.
Data-driven structures: You establish transparent forecasting and reporting frameworks that foster a well-founded and auditable sales culture across all regions.
Requirements
You view this role as your next major career step, moving from a senior leadership position into full VP responsibility.
You bring solid experience in the B2B SaaS space from a dynamic startup environment (Series A or B).
You have successfully led multi-level sales teams (AEs & BDRs/SDRs) and prioritize a respectful, people-focused leadership style.
You have a demonstrable track record of closing major enterprise customers.
You are comfortable operating in multi-stage decision processes and will personally own the acquisition of our strategic key accounts in the initial phase.
You have structured sales activities for the DACH market and have set up initial processes for European expansion.
You are motivated to take on our 300% growth target as an exciting challenge.
