Responsibilities
Hybrid work routine with in-person and online meetings

Lead negotiations and build strong client relationships
Manage and grow the client portfolio, ensuring satisfaction and retention
Conduct sales visits to prospect new clients and maintain relationships
Strong knowledge of credit products and the financial sector
Experience in credit risk, credit granting, and financial mathematics
Negotiation skills and portfolio management
Knowledge of the regional market and sales experience
Ability to interpret and apply credit policies clearly
