Responsibilities
Support the firm’s pricing strategy by partnering with lawyers and finance teams
Design, implement and track client fee agreements

Oversee the firm's pricing databases, tools, and templates
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field
5-7 years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, or related roles within professional services (law firm experience strongly preferred)
Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Demonstrated experience managing people or teams
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
Significant working understanding of alternative fee arrangements and pricing of legal/professional services
