- Provide execution and writing support during proposal surges and high‑volume periods
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience working with a proposal team or business development team
- Demonstrated history of delivering clear, accurate written content such as summaries, status reports, or internal communications
- Proven ability to stay organized while managing multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and follow‑through
- Comfort working with Microsoft tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel, SharePoint)
