Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing proactive communication, strategic guidance, and recommendations.
Build strong relationships by understanding each client's goals, operations, and industry landscape.
Lead client meetings and reviews to align priorities, budgets, deliverables, and upcoming opportunities.
Partner with Project Managers to ensure high-quality execution and a seamless client experience.
Track performance metrics and translate results into clear insights and next-step recommendations.
Manage contracts, renewals, and account forecasting to maintain accuracy and financial alignment.
Ensure client retention by maintaining satisfaction, addressing concerns quickly, and reinforcing long-term value.
Drive client growth by identifying and developing new initiatives or service opportunities.
Collaborate with leadership to align account performance with SPARK's overall strategy and goals.
Coordinate in-person visits or events to strengthen relationships and reinforce partnership value.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in a client-facing role within a marketing, software, or digital service environment.
Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Experience navigating conversations around budgets, performance, and outcomes.
A proactive, positive approach with a focus on delivering results and strengthening long-term partnerships.
Solid understanding of digital and/or software development process.
