About the role
- Consultant responsible for implementing and migrating software solutions in technical field service. Building long-term customer relationships and optimizing processes for clients in D/A/CH region.
Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for customers and the deployment of software solutions
- Lead projects for the implementation or migration of software solutions
- Advise customers on process optimizations together with Technical Solution Consultants
- Build long-term customer relationships and leverage targeted upselling
- Communicate enthusiasm for products to clients ranging from SMEs to large corporations
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Computer Science, Logistics or a related field
- Several years of experience in consulting and/or project management
- Ideally experience within a software environment
- Strong commitment to delivering high-quality results
- Good technical understanding
- Strong communication skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Self-initiative and proactivity
- Willingness to travel occasionally
- German and English skills at C1 level
