Responsibilities
- Lead the Transition Management Office (TMO) for Solstice Advance Materials during the critical post-spin integration phase.
- Oversee governance, drive execution across key pillars, and ensure business continuity while enabling transformation.
- Own financial governance for transition projects, ensuring accurate budget tracking and variance analysis.
- Provide regular and ad-hoc financial reporting to the CFO.
- Partner with senior leadership and internal teams to manage risks, resolve issues, and deliver a smooth transition.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree; MBA or equivalent preferred
- 8 plus years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or large-scale transformation programs
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives under tight timelines
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with post-spin or M&A integration preferred
- Experience in financial tracking and budget management for large-scale projects.
- Knowledge of procurement processes and associated best practices.
