Responsibilities
Lead and develop important transformation projects
Ensure talent acquisition teams have the skills and tools required to act as strategic talent advisors
Build scalable enablement frameworks across the hiring lifecycle
Partner closely with senior GTA leadership and cross-functional teams
Translate complex initiatives into clear messaging and resources
Establish program success indicators and assess impact
Manage and develop additional capability programs supporting the GTA Advisor vision
Requirements
Over 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations or HR program management
Previous experience working within a talent acquisition function (e.g., full-cycle recruiting)
Executive presence and strong collaboration skills
Experience developing and growing enablement programs
A data-informed approach, with experience defining success metrics
Comfort navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced transformation environment
Strong understanding of AI-enabled tools in recruiting or HR
