Responsibilities
Own senior relationships across larger, higher-impact accounts
Lead strategic client conversations, performance reviews and planning
Guide clients through launches, pivots and scale moments
Spot upsell, retention and growth opportunities
Line-manage Account Managers within your pod
Coach AMs on communication, organisation and client ownership
Raise delivery standards across accounts and workflows
Support hiring, onboarding and development of AMs
Oversee UGC and creative workflows across the pod
Ensure launches are planned, resourced and executed cleanly
Act as escalation point for delivery or client risk
Maintain consistency across processes and client experience
Requirements
4+ years’ experience in agency account management
Proven experience managing or mentoring Account Managers
Strong understanding of performance creative, UGC and launch cycles
