Responsibilities
Contribute to HPE FS Partner business plans for strategic planning joint actions and initiatives
Focus on deals/opportunities and value and/or volume portfolio management, and selling a range of company products and solutions
Use specialty to leverage existing opportunities in account
Establish a professional working relationship with clients, focusing mainly on specialist buyers, e.g. IT
Analyze win/loss rates and drive recommendation to improve ratios
Work with and leverage partner sales teams to deliver solution sale
Refer company volume products and certain value products to other specialists or partners as needed
Are responsible for achieving/managing quota based on regional guidelines
Accountable for all opportunities in pipeline tools and processes.
Recommend and implement pipeline management practices
Ability to implement margin recovery activities/strategies in full ownership of the account or in partial ownership depending on account coverage
Act as a first interface for owned channel partners in collaboration with members of global business teams.
Requirements
University or Bachelor's degree preferred
Typically 2-3 years of experience in financial services/leasing sales
Account management experience required
Proven track record in development and driving growth with key Strategic Partner/ Reseller
Solid finance and IT acumen on how to align with specific company services or product lines
Partner organization intelligence aligned with partner management skills
Ability to conceptualize and articulate well-targeted solutions in financial services - from proposal to contract sign off
Negotiation and competitive selling skills and ability to frame the value proposition for the customer
Ability to understand the customer's business issues and translate to company solutions
Ability to prioritize and drive strategic sales activity on multi-product basis or solution basis
Business fluency in German and English language.
