Responsibilities
Take care of inbound leads, engage with them quickly, and close them accordingly
Fine tune our overall inbound sales approach by testing new sales pitches, channels, strategies
Share your findings about leads and clients, so that we can adjust our marketing strategy accordingly and drive better quality leads in bigger volume
Drive Sleek’s revenue growth month after month
Engage with global sales leaders to share challenges and learnings, and hear from them
Share your insights with the product team and play a key part in the next client acquisition product sprints
Requirements
3+ years working in a sales, business development or SDR role with a proven track record of crushing your targets
Experience in a SaaS Startup in Payments, Financial Services, or Fintech is mandatory
You are hungry for success and a can-do attitude
Proactive with a positive approach to roll up their sleeves and ensure targets are exceeded
A networker by heart with outstanding verbal and written communication skills
A passion for technology and the local startup ecosystem
Inside sales experience prospecting and qualifying leads
