Responsibilities
- Bridge business strategy and talent initiatives as HR Business Partner.
- Design new PC initiatives and provide coaching to leaders.
- Optimize employee engagement and provide leadership insights based on HR data.
- Collaborate closely with managers on people-related topics.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or Organizational Psychology.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Senior HR Manager or HR Business Partner in an international environment.
- Strong knowledge of and experience with international (preferably Swedish and or US HR practice and labor law) and Dutch HR practices.
- Business acumen and ability to connect HR strategies with business objectives.
- Strong decision-making skills and ability to build credible relationships quickly.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus).
- Strong project management and HR analytics capabilities.
