Responsibilities
Responsibility for further development, standardization and optimization of operational People processes
Identification and implementation of automation and digitization potentials (e.g., self-services, chatbots, AI applications)

Support in expanding HR reporting
Close collaboration with payroll and other relevant interfaces
Implementation of People projects
Functional coordination and further development of the People Experience team

Requirements
Several years of experience in operational and administrative HR
Experience in optimizing HR processes and working with HR tools
Enthusiasm for digitization, structured working methods and pragmatic solutions
Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility
Openness to change and willingness to implement initiatives personally
