Responsibilities
Design and build the sales structure as the second full-time sales hire.
Varied responsibilities ranging from lead generation to product presentations.
Manage inbound leads and MQLs; occasional cold outreach may be required.
Execute full end-to-end pitches — from needs assessment and product demonstrations to contract closing.
Attend medical conferences and trade shows.
Identify and develop new lead channels and optimize existing ones.
Requirements
Enthusiasm for phone-based outreach and the ability to engage and persuade people.
Confident handling of stressful situations and a results-oriented approach.
Strong communication skills and fluent German (C2).
Residence in Munich or willingness to relocate to Munich.
Experience in healthcare and sales (nice to have).
Experience with CRMs such as HubSpot (nice to have).
