Responsibilities
Support the Vehicle Admin Registration Team
Accurately enter customer and vehicle registration details into the CRM portal
Prepare documentation and assist with LTA vehicle registration processes
Handle COE-related matters and update On-Board Unit (OBU) details in the system
Set up vehicle ownership records in the system
Generate and issue vehicle tax invoices
Scan, upload, and maintain proper filing of records
Review vehicle orders for accuracy prior to processing
Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors
Requirements
Polytechnic Diploma and above (or equivalent)
Minimum 1 Year experience in administration support role
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Attention to detail and adaptable to fast-paced environment
