About the role

  • Account Executive driving sales for Shyfter, a SaaS HR-Tech startup, in France. Focused on conquering and signing deals in the French market while leading the sales cycle.

Responsibilities

  • Win and expand our presence in the French market
  • Close contracts with qualified leads
  • Manage the sales cycle in HubSpot
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team
  • Provide product feedback to inform product development

Requirements

  • High-performing 'A-player' with a French touch (understanding of the French market/culture)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in SaaS sales
  • Familiarity with HR-Tech practices or startup culture
  • Resilience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent command of French
  • Professional working proficiency in English
  • A third language is a plus
