Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, municipalities, and industrial accounts
Promote and sell Godwin rental pump systems, accessories, bypass setups, and temporary pumping solutions
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in dewatering, sewer bypass, stormwater control, emergency pumping, and industrial applications
Meet and exceed rental revenue, margin, and activity targets
Partner with branch operations and service teams to ensure timely delivery, setup, and support of rental equipment
Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate Godwin rental solutions
Requirements
2 years of sales experience, or equivalent work experience
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Proven experience in rental sales, outside sales, business development, or territory sales
Familiarity with Godwin pump applications, dewatering, bypass pumping, temporary pumping systems, or fluid handling solutions preferred
Strong proficiency in CRM and business management software such as Salesforce
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and opportunity assessment skills
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation abilities
