Responsibilities
You will actively shape market entry into the defense industry and develop strategies for new business opportunities
You identify market potential, analyze competitive landscapes, and take regulatory frameworks into account
You build a strong network with decision-makers, partners, and institutions in the defense sector
You support the entire sales cycle – from customer acquisition through proposal preparation to contract award
You represent our company at relevant trade shows, conferences, and industry events
You work closely with internal interfaces such as Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Legal, and Compliance
Requirements
University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a comparable field – ideally with technical understanding (Master’s degree preferred)
3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Strategic Partnerships, preferably in the defense industry or regulated B2B markets
Proven success in driving revenue growth and building long-term customer relationships
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and confident use of MS Office and analytics tools
Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills, and a strategic mindset
Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
