About the role
- Solution Architect shaping Java-based platform architecture for SEB Kort. Guide agile teams in developing secure, scalable systems in the financial sector.
Responsibilities
- Leading the incremental development of solution designs in close collaboration with the agile teams.
- Developing network, deployment, security, monitoring, and database concepts as part of the overall solution design, involving relevant stakeholders.
- Supporting the Product Owner in writing user stories that cover non-functional requirements and required operational procedures for production.
- Defining and executing tests derived from non-functional requirements (e.g., performance, failover, observability).
- Supporting hands- develop of explorative prototypes
Requirements
- Strong experience as a Solution Architect designing highly integrated systems with demanding non-functional requirements
- Deep expertise in Java/Spring Boot and microservice architectures
- Hands-on programming expertise
- Solid understanding of security, authentication/authorization, and financial industry regulations (ISO27001, PCI DSS, GoBD; GDPR a plus)
- Experience with deployments in low latency, high availability, multidatacenter or hybrid cloud environments
- Knowledge of modern messaging technologies and event based distributed architecture
- Strong skills in monitoring, observability and operational readiness of complex platforms
- Good understanding of database technologies and their performance and reliability characteristics
- Excellent modelling and documentation skills (UML; ERM; ArchiMate nice to have)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in cross functional agile teams
- Fluency in English
