About the role

  • VP of Global Solutions Engineering leading solution engineers to drive adoption of AI-powered automation. Collaborating with sales teams to enhance organizational productivity on a global scale.

Responsibilities

  • Directing a distributed global team, comprising a blend of solution engineers delivering pre-sales services
  • Collaborating with regional revenue leadership to strategize and execute support for sales to prospects and customers
  • Achieving milestones including new logos, large deals, account expansion, revenue generation, and increased product adoption on a global scale
  • Defining measurable objectives encompassing revenue generation
  • Engaging with key channel partners, system integrators, customers, and prospects globally
  • Overseeing hiring, development, and resource allocation for the global team

Requirements

  • 15+ years of overall work experience
  • 5+ years’ experience in SaaS software sales/pre-sales
  • Degree in Engineering/Tech Degree. Master’s preferred
  • Demonstrated global leadership experience in leading and growing software product pre-sales teams
  • Extensive knowledge of technology and processes
  • Comfort in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization
  • Willingness to travel extensively on short notice (up to 50% travel)
