About the role
- SAP SD/MM Solution Architect leading end-to-end S/4HANA delivery and advising stakeholders on high-impact transformations. Working with a collaborative team in a hybrid role.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end **S/4HANA SD/MM** delivery—from discovery and design through go-live and hypercare
- Design **fit-to-standard, clean-core solutions** with only high-value, business-driven extensions
- Run focused workshops that drive clear decisions, scope alignment, and a prioritized backlog
- Advise business and IT stakeholders across Sales, Customer Service, Procurement, Inventory, and Finance
- Ensure strong **SD/MM–Finance integration** and end-to-end process integrity
- Drive testing strategy, cutover readiness, and go-live continuity
- Support adoption and change enablement to ensure business value realization
- Contribute to **presales activities** (solution shaping, demos, proposals) as needed
- Mentor junior consultants while maintaining high delivery standards
Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on **SAP SD/MM** implementation experience
- Proven track record of **3+ full lifecycle implementations** (S/4HANA preferred)
- Strong functional expertise with a **value-first, practical delivery approach**
- Ability to clearly articulate trade-offs and guide stakeholders toward timely decisions
- Comfortable operating in a **high-ownership, client-facing contract role**
- Experience working in consulting environments (preferred)
- **SAP S/4HANA SD/MM certification** is a plus
