  • Senior Manager leading design and implementation of integration solutions for enterprise systems at Simpson Thacher. Collaborating with teams to enhance scalability, security, and reliability.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and strategic leadership for enterprise integration architecture, APIs, middleware platforms, and automation workflows.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable integration solutions across internal and external systems.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, application owners, and infrastructure teams to define integration requirements and translate them into technical and architectural standards.
  • Manage and mentor integration engineers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and professional development support.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of data pipelines, ensuring reliability, performance, and data integrity.
  • Ensure integrations comply with enterprise security standards, data governance policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with DevOps and platform teams to support CI/CD pipelines, release management, and environment strategy.
  • Participate in testing, deployment planning, and production readiness reviews for integration solutions.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve integration tools, platforms, and architecture to align with business and technology roadmaps.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in systems integration, software development, or related technical roles, with demonstrated leadership responsibilities.
  • Experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft or Azure Logic Apps.
  • Strong expertise in RESTful APIs, JSON, XML, and web services.
  • Advanced scripting skills (e.g., Python, PowerShell).
  • Solid understanding with SQL and relational databases.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Ability to lead teams, influence technical direction, and collaborate across functions.
