- WalkMe Builder creating interactive digital guidance solutions for Australian clients. Manage projects from scope to go-live while ensuring user engagement and satisfaction with digital tools.
Responsibilities
- Managing WalkMe projects with end-to-end experience from scope through to go-live
- Create interactive digital guidance solutions using the WalkMe platform to improve user experiences and drive digital adoption
- Develop user-friendly walkthroughs, tutorials, and on-screen guidance to streamline processes and enhance productivity
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design tailored solutions that meet specific needs as guided by the client
- Continuously optimize guidance solutions to ensure relevance, accuracy, and effectiveness in improving user engagement and satisfaction
- Monitor performance metrics to assess the impact of guidance solutions and identify opportunities for improvement
- Q&A testing and refinement
- Go live support where required by client
- Training support where required by client
- WalkMe reporting where required by client
- Comply with relevant firm and industry legislation and incorporate into practices and processes as relevant
- Comply with relevant WH&S legislation, adhering to reasonable instructions, work procedures and practices to maintain the health and safety of the team
