Responsibilities
- Drive the design of data governance solutions that enable Rabobank to be a data-driven bank.
- Work at the heart of the Global Data & Analytics Platform, coaching teams and translating governance principles into scalable, compliant architectures.
- Collaborate daily with engineers, product owners and stakeholders to deliver reliable data solutions that support colleagues and customers.
- Design a metadata and data lineage solution that supports regulatory compliance across multiple platforms.
- Coach squads on data governance standards while balancing cloud, on-premises and hybrid architectures.
- Align data quality frameworks with business and regulatory requirements for enterprise-wide adoption.
Requirements
- Academic work-thinking level with at least 5 years of experience in IT or solution architecture.
- Minimum 5 years of experience designing and implementing complex IT architectures in cloud, on-premises and hybrid environments.
- Knowledge or experience of Linux Foundation AI & Data Landscape.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with data governance, including data quality, metadata management and data protection.
- Experience with data management tooling such as data catalogs, data lineage tools and data quality platforms, combined with strong analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work together with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Curiosity, proactivity and a clear willingness to develop yourself continuously.
