Responsibilities
Strategic leadership and scaling: Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with scaling and expanding our SaaS business.
Monitor and optimize the entire sales process to maximize efficiency and closing rates.
Collaborate closely with executive management to define and implement targets.
Team leadership and development: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team of 8–10 employees.
Foster a team-oriented culture focused on performance and collaboration.
Ensure the team receives continuous training and is prepared for new challenges.
Customer management and growth: Work with the team to develop tailored customer solutions and promote sustainable customer retention.
Ensure our SaaS product is optimally aligned with the needs of new and existing customers.
This includes regular competitive analyses and the ongoing development of the product in close coordination with executive management to best address market demands and customer needs.
Requirements
Experience in SaaS or digital sales: Proven track record in developing and executing SaaS or digital sales strategies.
Leadership skills: 2–3 years of experience leading and developing a sales team (6–10 people), with a focus on motivation and performance improvement.
Scaling expertise: Hands-on experience contributing to the scaling of a SaaS company or sales team, with an understanding of the challenges and opportunities during growth phases.
Sales-driven mindset: Deep understanding of sales processes and the ability to execute them successfully in a dynamic SaaS environment.
Startup mentality: Dynamic, flexible, and comfortable working in flat hierarchies with fast decision-making.
Communication skills: Excellent client communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain technical content clearly.
Academic qualification: Strong academic background in business administration, engineering, economics, or a related field. A university degree (Master, MBA, or equivalent) from a recognized institution is required.
Languages: German fluent and business-proficient (negotiation-level).
