About the role

  • IT Support Specialist handling technical support for SEB bank employees in the Baltic region. Providing first-line support on information systems and computer equipment to enhance user experience.

Responsibilities

  • 1st level technical support to Banks employees
  • Receiving, processing and resolving user applications via telephone and remote desktop management
  • Expertly troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Managing user accounts, access permissions, and password resets with precision
  • Handling efficiently application registration and support.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of MS Office applications
  • User-level knowledge of the Windows operating system;
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes;
  • Ability to learn quickly and willingness to help others;
  • Experience with incident bulletin processing;
  • Good Estonian and English language skills to be able to convincingly and easily explain to Baltic users how to perform certain technical actions over the phone.
