Responsibilities
Assegurar a excelência no atendimento aos clientes da Indústria, envolvendo atividades de suporte em solicitação de cotações, acompanhamento dos pedidos desde sua colocação até a efetivação da entrega;
Realizar análise e gestão da carteira dos clientes;
Inserir e analisar as reclamações recebidas;
Controlar e atualizar dados dos clientes no sistema;
Gerar e monitorar notas de crédito;
Inserir e conferir programações de clientes (EDI, e-mail e portais), garantindo dados corretos para planejamento e produção;
Gerar e manter KPIs da área atualizados.
Requirements
Formação superior completo em Engenharia, Administração, Comércio Exterior, Logística, Relações Internacionais ou correlatas;
Experiência em Administração de Vendas (atendimento ao cliente);
Experiência em análise de programações e carteira de vendas;
Conhecimento em operações logísticas;
Experiência em SAP e EDI;
Pacote Office avançado;
Desejável experiência em Gestão de Projetos e Power BI;
