About the role

  • Customer Service Representative providing sales-related support for healthcare professionals and managing inquiries via phone, e-mail, and fax. Involved in maintaining customer relationships and improving service levels in healthcare sales.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer services relating to sales, sales promotions, installations and communications
  • Provide phone support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals
  • Engage, interact, and respond in a prompt, accurate, courteous manner
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve service levels
  • Support Sales Department by providing answers to questions generated by telephone, e-mails and fax
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Determine charges for product requests / usage
  • Collaborate with Accounts Receivable on invoice disputes/discrepancies
  • Maintain customer pricing in systems of record
  • Implement and support Quality initiatives throughout Customer Service workflow
  • Implement procedures to maintain accurate inventory records

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Two (2) years’ relevant work experience
  • Ability to demonstrate minimum 50 WPM typing speed
  • Experience as account representative; ERP, CRM, SAP systems (preferred)
  • Hospital or medical field experience; medical terminology (preferred)
