Responsibilities
Lead commercial support teams, working in strategic partnership with the Sales department
Develop strategies to improve the customer experience
Manage complaints and ensure effective resolutions
Monitor team performance metrics and propose improvements
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Ensure customer satisfaction, portfolio growth, and achievement of business targets
Conduct strategic client visits and support the sales team to strengthen relationships
Maintain direct interface with clients, regional teams, and account executives to maximize business opportunities
Handle strategic negotiations and complex requests to improve agility and delivery efficiency
Optimize processes and operational workflows to reduce rework and enhance the customer experience
Implement improvements and automations in partnership with IT, including solutions on the client’s website
Define and implement SLAs to ensure agile, standardized, and high-quality service
Requirements
Prior experience in customer service (contractor/B2B), within financial institutions such as FIDCs (Receivables Investment Funds)
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills
Familiarity with CRM tools
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
