- Advise on market entry, regulatory compliance, and governance alignment

Requirements
- Experience working with regulators, accreditation bodies, or within education policy and governance
- Strong knowledge of international education regulation and compliance
- Confident interpreting legislation, policy changes, and governance requirements
- Management experience
- Good knowledge of UK regulatory bodies: Ofqual regulations and Conditions of Recognition, Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education (QAA) Quality Code, RQF (Regulated Qualifications Framework), Transnational education (TNE) compliance expectation
- Good understanding of the international regulatory environment: ENIC/NARIC recognition systems (e.g. UK ENIC), Qualification mapping & comparability frameworks, Government licensing models, Accreditation vs. recognition vs. registration differences
- Ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively across diverse stakeholders
