Responsibilities
Run a full end-to-end product design process by discovering user problems and creating meaningful solutions (UX + UI)
Prepare production-ready designs for mobile B2B & B2C apps on iOS & Android
Build an all new B2C app for applicants from scratch (80%)
Maintain and improve the existing B2B app for recruiters (20%)
Conduct user research: Prepare and facilitate user interviews, analyze competition and design trends
Dive into internal data, conduct ideation to find the best solutions, test and improve concepts
Apply visual design and create high fidelity prototypes where needed
Prepare stories with production-ready assets for development
Partner with product management, design squad peers, and engineering
Requirements
5+ years of Product Design experience in product companies
Proven ability to design valuable solutions for complex product problems
Experience in designing web apps (mobile & desktop) and native apps (iOS & Android)
Basic understanding of SaaS solutions that combines both B2B and B2C contexts
Solid set of UX methodologies to facilitate design workshops, doing product discovery, user interviews and running UX in agile environments
An effective problem-solving mindset with an eye for detail, strong communication, and organizational skills
Open design feedback culture
Fluent spoken and written English.
