Responsibilities
You shape the onboarding experience: You guide new customers from contract signing through to a successful go-live.
You stay involved after training: During the first weeks you are the main point of contact and actively support customers as they begin using the software.
You advise our customers on the optimal use of our tools — with the aim of simplifying their daily work, digitizing processes and creating real added value.
You plan and organize your week independently, prepare accounts and keep track of your outstanding to-dos — whether working on the road or coordinating with the team.
You are our link: You work closely with Sales, Support and Product Development to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
You enjoy working with people, explain things patiently and quickly build rapport with a wide range of personalities — from single studios to multi-location businesses.
Structure and personal responsibility come naturally to you — you know how to organize an efficient day in the field.
You speak fluent German, can communicate in English and are willing to learn a digital product (CRM experience is a plus).
You have a driver's license, enjoy traveling — and are excited to help us digitize the beauty industry.
