Responsibilities
- Du gestaltest das Onboarding- Erlebnis: Du begleitest neue Kund:innen vom Vertragsabschluss bis zum erfolgreichen Go-Live
- Auch nach dem Training bleibst du dran: In den ersten Wochen bist du Hauptansprechpartner:in und begleitest die Kund:innen aktiv beim Einstieg in die Software.
- Du berätst unsere Kund:innen zur optimalen Nutzung unserer Tools – mit dem Ziel, ihren Alltag zu vereinfachen, Prozesse zu digitalisieren und echte Mehrwerte zu schaffen.
- Du planst und organisierst deine Woche selbstständig, bereitest Konten vor und behältst deine offenen To-Dos im Blick – ob im Außendienst oder im Austausch mit dem Team.
- Du bist unser Bindeglied: Du arbeitest eng mit Sales, Support und Produktentwicklung zusammen, um ein nahtloses Kundenerlebnis sicherzustellen.
Requirements
- Du arbeitest gerne mit Menschen, erklärst geduldig und findest schnell einen Draht zu unterschiedlichsten Persönlichkeiten – vom Einzelstudio bis zum Mehrfachstandort.
- Struktur und Eigenverantwortung sind für dich selbstverständlich – du weißt, wie du deinen Tag im Außendienst effizient gestaltest.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch, kannst dich auf Englisch verständigen und bist bereit, dich in ein digitales Produkt einzuarbeiten (CRM-Erfahrung ist ein Plus).
- Du hast einen Führerschein, bist gerne unterwegs – und hast Lust, mit uns die Beautybranche zu digitalisieren.
