About the role

  • Customer Success Manager responsible for onboarding and training new clients in automotive software solutions. Ensuring high-quality support and software optimization with proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end onboarding: You are responsible for the successful implementation of our dealer tool for new customers, conduct training sessions, and ensure that all features are used optimally.
  • High-quality support: Using HubSpot CRM, you do more than process customer inquiries — you resolve them with technical depth and foresight.
  • Product configuration: You independently perform the necessary settings in the dealer tool to tailor the software precisely to the customer's needs.
  • Knowledge transfer: You document best practices and maintain our knowledge base to sustainably secure service quality.
  • Strategic consulting: You conduct solution-oriented conversations by phone and help customers digitize their processes with our support.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience: You have a background in customer support, account management, or a consulting-intensive service role.
  • Confident presence: You are a strong communicator with an excellent command of German and project calm competence even in complex situations.
  • Solution-oriented approach: You think proactively and strive to resolve inquiries completely on the first contact.
  • Strong IT user skills: You are proficient with modern CRM systems (ideally HubSpot) and quickly navigate software interfaces.
  • Structure & precision: You work conscientiously and value clear documentation.
