Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and optimize advanced reports and dashboards using Workday tools
Identify and troubleshoot security related issues
Partner with HR, Talent, and business leaders to translate workforce questions into analytical solutions
Leverage Adaptive Workforce Planning and advanced analytics platforms, including BigQuery and Looker, to deliver strategic workforce insights and support organizational planning initiatives.
Utilize forward-looking, AI-driven analytics to develop tools for leaders to anticipate workforce trends, inform decision-making, and proactively address talent needs
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
4 or more years in Workday or equivalent system administration experience preferred
Deep experience in functional areas such as HCM, Security, and Reporting.
Advanced reporting capabilities in Workday is a strong plus.
Strong experience in translating requirements for reporting and analytics.
Data analysis experience with demonstrated computer competency with Microsoft office suite, including intermediate to expert Microsoft Excel or Alteryx skills is required.
Experience with Adaptive Workforce Planning and hands-on proficiency in data tools such as BigQuery and Looker.
Ability to apply AI-driven analytics for forecasting, scenario planning, and strategic workforce management.
Demonstrated ability to analyze information, document conclusions, and develop recommendations is required.
Strong communications and writing skills.
Detail oriented with excellent organization skills.
Ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information and to work under tight timelines.
Comfortable working with people at all levels of the organization globally as well as with suppliers, vendors, and customers.
