- Programme Controller/Scheduler working with high performing teams on Air Traffic Management Systems at Raytheon UK. Providing project planning, risk management and cost control direction.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for integrity of Development project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
- Evaluate IMS critical path, schedule risk and variances
- Progress project plan and database regularly
- Ensure contractual and programme changes are incorporated into the IMS
- Monitor the Programme Timesheet Bookings and report/investigate unexpected bookings
- Facilitate the company risk process
- Provide analysis and reports
- Support to the Programme Manager, CAMs and Programme Accountant
- Collate and analyse finance data
- Development of Programme Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Organisational Breakdown Structures (OBS)
Requirements
- Experience of working in a Project/Programme Control environment
- Competent in the use of MSP 2010/13/16 and other Microsoft applications
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to handle data accurately across various tools
- Good IT skills with the ability to learn new applications
- Ability to work with diverse project teams and stakeholders
- Commercial/Business awareness in a complex projects environment.
- Experienced working with multi-disciplined teams over geographically dispersed sites
