Responsibilities
Manage Repair Progress: Act as a key contact for dealerships and body shops
Work Across our Dealer Network: Build strong relationships across our dealership network
Monitor Hire Vehicle Usage: Track hire vehicles across active cases
Support Cost Recovery: Gather information to support recovery of hire costs
Identify Issues and Escalate: Recognise when repairs are not progressing as expected
Maintain Accurate Records: Ensure all updates are captured accurately
Exceptional Organisation: Track multiple vehicle updates at once

Requirements
Motor Industry Experience: Experience within the motor industry (dealership, fleet, service desk or similar)
Understand the Automotive Structure: Develop a clear understanding of how dealerships and manufacturers operate
A ‘Phone-First’ Approach: Comfortable picking up the phone to get things moving
Relationship Building: Able to build strong working relationships with dealers and partners
Organisation & Prioritisation: Comfortable managing multiple vehicle updates at once
