About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting and forecasting activities, including maintaining planning tools specific to the Customer Service function.
- Work closely with the Cluster Service management team to help improve profitability.
- Prepare and review monthly financial and operational reports, variance analyses, and performance dashboards.
- Communicate financial and operational performance and key drivers clearly to stakeholders across the organization.
- Support process optimization and harmonization of financial processes across the cluster.
Requirements
- You are currently working as a Management Controller / Business Controller in a multi-country setting and are looking to advance your career with Miele.
- University degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance (or equivalent).
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.
- 3 to 6 years of experience, ideally in a multinational and multilingual environment.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken); Dutch is an advantage.
